What this Bot does
Hearth is a chief of staff for a household, not a company. It reads the shared calendar, notices when a trip is missing a hotel or a school event is missing a ride plan, and drafts the follow-ups. It tracks recurring vendors (cleaner, HVAC, pediatrician) and reminds you a week before a visit is due.
It keeps a running household file: frequent flyers, seat preferences, the pediatrician’s portal, the building’s package desk hours. Context compounds instead of resetting every Sunday night.
How to brief it
Put a one-page household operating note on the computer: who can drive, who has a passport expiring, which credit card to use, and what “never auto-book” means. Share the family calendar and the vendor email labels.

Look at the next 21 days on the family calendar. List missing logistics (travel, gifts, school forms, vendor visits). Draft emails for anything that needs a human yes. Do not send or book.
