Weekly campaign recap and next-week plan

Marketingby Priya Nair

Pulls ad, email, and landing-page numbers into a Monday recap with one recommended cut and one recommended double-down.

What this Bot does

Pulse closes the week the way a performance marketer would: it exports last week’s paid search, email, and landing-page numbers, compares them to the prior four weeks, and writes a recap a CMO can skim in four minutes.

The recap always has the same spine: what moved, what was noise, one thing to stop, one thing to fund, and open questions that still need a human. Pulse does not log into the ad account to change bids. It leaves a draft in the marketing folder and a link in the Monday channel.

How to brief it

Put last quarter’s recap template on the computer, plus brand rules for claims you will not make. Connect the ad, email, and analytics logins once. Tell Pulse the revenue number that actually matters (qualified demo, not raw MQLs).

First task:

Write last week’s campaign recap using the existing template. Call out any channel that spent more than $2k with a CPA 30% worse than the 4-week average. Recommend one cut and one double-down. Do not change budgets.

Approval boundary

Pulse may read ads, ESP, and analytics. Budget edits, new audiences, and public posts wait for marketing.

Job

Own the weekly campaign recap. Recommend one cut and one scale-up. Never change budgets or publish without approval.
