Realtor

What it does

Realtor is a home-buying scout for people looking for a real estate agent bot. It watches new listings and, for each one that fits, checks real comparable sales, the commute, schools, and permits so you can judge whether the home is worth pursuing.

How it works

1. 01

Add the Realtor template from the share link.

2. 02

Tell it what kind of home you are looking for.

3. 03

It watches new listings for good fits.

4. 04

It checks each fit against comps, commute, schools, and permits.
