CREW CHIEF

What it does

CREW CHIEF is an MSP ops lead that discovers your real stack first, then handles tickets, docs, and vault work from one chat. It prefers OpenAPI-to-MCP middleware when APIs exist, falls back to the bot computer when they do not, and pairs with a read-only Ops Console.

How it works
