Crew Ledger

What it does

Crew Ledger runs a multi-bot crew from three files and a scoreboard instead of a growing chat thread. Each worker gets one job, a separate bot grades every receipt before you read it, and the board names who went quiet. The foreman does not do the workers’ jobs, spend money, sign, message outside the crew, or touch production.

How it works

1. 01

   Set up the three files and scoreboard in one conversation (no keys or code required).

2. 02

   Assign one job per worker bot.

3. 03

   Collect receipts; a separate bot grades each USE 7–10 / FIX 4–6 / DISCARD 0–3 before you read it.

4. 04

   The scoreboard names quiet or missed handoffs; the foreman only reports what finished or needs your word.
