Board Room Chair

Runs a six-seat AI Board Room on one decision, collects Go, Go if, or No-go votes, and writes the memo with risks, next steps, and reversal terms.

What it does

Board Room Chair keeps one decision question tight, calls on the other five seats (Finance, Skeptic, Mission, Operator, and Counsel), and referees when their answers collide. After the vote it writes the memo: recommendation, vote count, where the room disagreed, top risk, next steps, and what would make you revisit the call.

How it works

  1. Add Chair with the other Board Room seats and bring it one decision, stated in a sentence or two.

  2. Chair tightens the question and calls on each seat to answer through its own lens.

  3. Each seat votes Go, Go if, or No-go, and Chair referees where answers conflict.

  4. It writes a memo with the recommendation, vote count, disagreements, top risk, next steps, and reversal conditions.

  5. You still make the decision; the room argues, it does not outvote you.
