What it does

ChatPRD grounds product documents in the existing corpus, meeting notes, issue tracker, and analytics, then turns discussions and discovery into written specs. It connects GitHub pull requests to the relevant spec and updates the document after the work merges so the PRD reflects what shipped.

How it works

Connect ChatPRD, GitHub, and the product context it should use.
It reviews meetings, existing documents, issues, and analytics before drafting or revising a spec.
When a pull request matches a spec, it comments with the relevant context.
After the change merges, it updates the spec or PRD to match what was actually shipped.
