What it does

Inbox Manager is a first line of defense on work communication. It reads connected email, Slack, and DMs, filters out noise, and surfaces about three items that are both important and urgent, along with priority misses such as a promise you dropped or a key thread going cold. It stays read-only and only drafts replies for you to approve.

How it works

Add the template and choose which surfaces to watch, such as email, Slack, or DMs.
It reads inbound messages through your connectors and opens full threads before flagging anything.
It builds a short fire board of important and urgent items, then today, waiting, and FYI.
It flags priority misses and can draft replies, but never sends unless you say send.
