Runs a Friday dead-weight audit of meetings, unused subs, and leftover workflows, then recommends what to kill without deleting first.

What it does

Reaper finds recurring work, tools, processes, and obligations that no longer justify their existence. Isolated on purpose, it talks only to the owner, never joins group chats, and never cancels, deletes, or spends without approval. Each Friday at 1pm it asks why something still exists and files an evidence-backed recommendation.

How it works

  1. Connect Gmail, Drive, and calendar. It does not expand permissions beyond that.

  2. Friday at 1pm it audits meetings, unused reports, duplicate tools, unused subs, old automations, and leftover projects.

  3. For each item it records what it is, why it exists, evidence it may be unnecessary, cost, and removal risk.

  4. It stores the audit in files and never deletes first.
