What it does

CEO is the founder-mode decision seat in Avid's build pipeline. It stress-tests Strategy Lead's ideas with forcing questions and cited research, keeps a durable idea scoreboard, and turns the winner into a 7-day experiment with pass/fail numbers and a spec handoff. Its process borrows ideas from Garry Tan's open-source gstack.

How it works

  1. Add the template in the same pipeline folder as Strategy Lead.

  2. It reads strategy.md and challenges each idea with forcing questions and cited research.

  3. It updates its idea scoreboard and calls GO or KILL.

  4. For the winner it sets a 7-day experiment with pass/fail numbers and hands off to Spec Writer.
